STAFDA President
Rick Peterson is President of All-West Fasteners,
Inc., Seattle, WA, a company he helped form 29 years
ago as an industrial fastener distributorship. Today,
All-West is also a regional distributor of electronic
hardware and components, and specializes in vendor-managed
inventory programs. Rick and his wife, Jill, enjoy
boating in the Pacific Northwest as well as many other
outdoor activities. All-West joined STAFDA in 1990

STAFDA Vice President
Hal
Look is Sr. V.P. of Marketing & Business Development
for ORCO Construction Supply, Livermore, CA. Hal provides
strategic direction for ORCO's marketing team &
executive supervision of ORCO's Supply Chain &
Purchasing organization. He also manages ORCO's Business
Development effort which includes all acquisition
and other non-organic growth activities, vendor relations,
high-profile customer relations, & PR. Hal has
been in the construction supply business for more
than 30 years, starting out as a bench mechanic and
rapidly moving on to sales and sales management. He
opened his own supply firm in 1987 and through a series
of mergers & acquisitions, became VP of Sales
& Marketing and part of the ownership group of
ORCO. Hal is a sports enthusiast and enjoys golf.
ORCO has been a member of STAFDA since 1977.

Craig Cole is President of New England Tool &
Equipment, Salem, NH, a full-service tool and equipment
distributor. Craig was born and raised in New Jersey.
After graduating from Bryant College in Rhode Island,
he worked as a district salesman for Ingersoll Rand
and then Snap-On Industrial Tools in California. He
started New England Tool & Equipment in 1983 and
joined STAFDA in 1989. Craig and his wife Nancy have
three sons and they enjoy baseball, football, golf,
and hot rods. |

Robert Devers is Chief Operating Officer of A-Jax
Company, Jacksonville, FL. He began his career in
Industrial Distribution in 1984 after graduating from
Jacksonville University with a BS in Business Mgmt.
He joined A-Jax as an inside salesperson, and has
worked in many areas of the company. He and his wife
Melissa have two teenagers. In addition to being active
in his church, Robert has been president of the NE
FL Affiliate of the Purchasing Mgrs. Assoc. and president
of the Jacksonville University Alumni Assoc. He is
currently serving his second term as Community Service
Chairperson for the Oceanside Rotary Club. An accomplished
runner and tri-athlete, he is currently training for
the ING New York City Marathon. A-Jax joined STAFDA
in 1982. |

Greg
Drouillard is President of Target Building Materials
Ltd., Windsor, Ontario, Canada, has been in the building
supply business for over 28 years. Originally with
Air Canada, Greg came to Target in 1974 and assumed
the role of President in 2000, after working through
all facets of the business. He was educated at the
University of Windsor and St. Clair College in the
Business Commerce program. Greg enjoys many different
sports and is a NASCAR enthusiast. Target Building
Materials Ltd. has been a STAFDA member since 1993. |

Marla
Endicott is founder and President of Precision Tool
& Construction supply, Inc., Tucson, AZ. With
her sister and business, Merry Bowman, their business
has the distinction of being one of the few 100% female
owned and operated STAFDA distributors. Born and raised
in Oregon, she relocated to Arizona in 1971. Three
years later began her career in tools and fasteners,
establishing Precision Tool in 1988 targeting industrial,
maintenance, and manufacturing as well as commercial
and residential construction. Marla also serves on
the Board of Directors for the Tuscan Zoological Society.
Precision Tool joined STAFDA in 1988. |

Brian
Hoekman is owner of Dee & Bee Fasteners, Lombard,
Il. He began his career with Fasteners, Inc., Grand
Rapids, MI, while going to college. He worked as an
inside salesman and them outside salesb before being
transferred to Chicagoa as a branch amanger. In 1990,
Brian bought Dee & Bee and now its two branches
service the Chicagoland area, southeastern Wisconsin,
and northwestn Indiana. Brian is active in his church,
and he and his wife, Gayle have three children. Dee
& Bee joined STAFDA in 1993. |

David
Meyers is President of Meyers Company, Pittsburgh,
PA, a distributor of industrial fasteners, adhesives,
abrasives, and packaging products. Born and raised
in Pittsburgh, PA, David started in the fastener
business in 1966 with Spotnails, Inc., and founded
Meyers Company in 1973 specializing in pneumatic
fasteners. With the addition of his daughter Chris,
son-in-law Lou, and son David, the company has grown
into an industry leader in PA, OH, and, WV. David
is an avid golfer, and enjoys spending time with
his wife of 43 years, Carolyn, and their family.
Meyers Co. has been in STAFDA since 1987.

Harry
Oblak is President of Grip Clinch Canada, North York,
ON. His company specializes in distribution of pneumatic
and electric nailing, stapling, and screw driving
products, their related fasteners, and automated production
fastening systems. Grip Clinch also has an affiliated
company in Montreal, QC. Oblak began his career in
the fastener distribution business as a shipper/receiver
in 1977. After working in the service department and
later in outside sales, he became a partner with a
distributor in 1987. In 1997, he became president
and majority owner of Grip Clinch Canada and Phoenix
Fastening Systems in eastern Canada. When not working,
Oblak spends his time golfing, traveling, and making
weekly trips to senior residences with his 14-year
old Golden Retriever. Grip Clinch Canada has been
a STAFDA member since 1988.

Bobby Williams is President
of United Tool & Fastener, Houston, TX.
United also operates branch locations in San Antonio
& Austin. Williams began his career in outside
sales at Texas
Tool & Fastener in 1979 and helped start their
Houston location. In April 1987, he founded
United Tool & Fastener where they single source
products and partner with select vendors. He
has served for eight years on Sterling Bank's Business
Development Board & recently completed his term
as Chairman of the Board for the Evergreen Marketing
Group, Dallas. When not volunteering or working,
he enjoys spending time with his wife & teenage
son. Williams includes coaching baseball, fishing,
golf & travel among his interests. United Tool
& Fastener joined STAFDA in 1989.

K.B.
Winterowd is owner of Construction & Industrial
Supplies Co. (CISCO), Kansas City, MO, a company he
founded in 1979 primarily serving the construction,
mechanical, restoration, and MRO industries. They
also have a staple/nail division. Prior to CISCO,
K.B. was a Baptist Youth minister for 20 years where
he was active in human development projects and helping
disenfranchised youth. He continues those interests
today. He and his wife, Carol, a retired social worker,
have two adult daughters. CISCO has been a STAFDA
member since 1979. |
