STAFDA Webinar: Protecting the Legacy of Family Businesses & Successful Individuals in Today’s Legislative Environment
Tuesday, October 14, 2025 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDT

STAFDA’s core membership, comprised of small to mid-size family-owned businesses, has made the Association’s partnership with Family Enterprise USA (FEUSA) a valuable resource in keeping track of the changing U.S. and international policies and legislation that affects so many STAFDA members. FEUSA, a bi-partisan non-profit organization, promotes generationally owned family business creation, growth, viability, and sustainability by advocating for family businesses of all sizes and from all industries, and their lifetime of savings.
Join FEUSA’s Director of Engagement, John Gugliada, for this free webinar as he reviews the 2025 FEUSA Family Business Survey results and statistics on the importance of family businesses to the U.S. economy.
Pat Soldano, FEUSA’s president and president of the Policy and Taxation Group, will then review 2025 Luntz Voter Poll results on family businesses. She is also president of Policy and Taxation Group, which she formed to reduce onerous tax and economic policies for successful families, family offices, and family business.
Caren Street will then share important insights and valuable information about how the expiration of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA), and other tax and economic legislation changes, could affect members and their companies. A seasoned Washington D.C. operative with 17 years of experience on Capitol Hill and in government relations, she is a principal in our FEUSA’s Public Policy Practice Group and advises a range of clients on public policy and government relations strategies to address issues before federal, state, and local governments.
This free program will be a 60-minute session: 45 minutes of content-packed insights followed by 15-minutes of Q&A.
