Plan now to join STAFDA as part of the Tech Pavilion during STAFDA’s 49th Annual Convention & Trade Show, November 9-11, at Phoenix Convention Center. The Tech Pavilion is a special area within the Trade Show featuring software, e-business, data capture providers, and other technology solutions that help members become more efficient. The Tech Pavilion is open both days of STAFDA’s Trade Show: Monday, November 10, from Noon – 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday, November 11, from 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
The Tech Pavilion provides entry to management executives shopping for new technology. Each year, STAFDA members come looking for answers to business operation questions and wanting to see demonstrations of the latest innovative products. Each table space has been expanded to 10’ x 10’ – but it remains a tabletop display style rather than a full booth.
Registration materials are now available (for the Tech Pavilion only). Contact Cathy Usher for a form. Each company will receive:
• Each 10’x 10’ Tech Pavilion space receives an 8’ high, red back drape with 3’ high, red side drape. Each space will receive (1) 8’ long x 42” high, red draped table, (2) stools, (1) wastebasket, and (1) 7”x 44” identification sign. The booth area will be carpeted in red.
• A set of mailing labels containing the names and addresses of STAFDA distributor members for a pre-show mailing (please call STAFDA to request a second set of labels closer to the show dates). We do not provide the list electronically.
• Inclusion on the STAFDA Tech Pavilion and Exhibitor webpages, including a hyperlink to your website
• Inclusion in STAFDA’s pre-show promotional materials, including the Trade News, our monthly newsletter
• Promotion in industry magazines featuring STAFDA’s Convention & Trade Show
• Electricity
• Inclusion in the onsite Convention & Trade Show program and app
