Corporate Transparency Act Enforcement Paused; Proposed Rule Eliminates Filing Requirement for Domestic Companies

Issued in a press release, the U.S. Department of the Treasury announced a suspension in enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) for U.S. companies and plans to propose limiting its scope to Foreign Reporting Companies only.
