Plan now to join STAFDA as a Tech Partner during STAFDA’s 50th Annual Convention & Trade Show, November 15-17, at the Anaheim Convention Center.

STAFDA has re-imagined the Trade Show for our 50th Annual Celebration. With the goal of maximizing our exhibitors’ ROI, several changes have been made to the way our Tech Partners exhibit.

STAFDA’s Tech Partners will still exhibit within the Trade Show. Vendors feature software, e-business, data capture providers, and other technology solutions that help members become more efficient. STAFDA’s Trade Show hours are Monday, November 16, from Noon – 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday, November 17, from 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.  

What’s new:

• Tech vendors will be interspersed with STAFDA’s manufacturer member exhibitors. To create additional foot traffic, the Tech Pavilion will no longer be a separate area of the Trade Show.
• Tech vendors will be able to choose their booth size and location on the Trade Show floor. They can exhibit using a full booth display (rather than the previous table-top limitations).
•  Register using STAFDA’s Convention & Exhibitor registration site. No more PDFs!
• Enhanced sponsorship opportunities

The STAFDA Trade Show provides face-to-face conversations with management executives shopping for new technology, products, and services. Each year, STAFDA members come looking for answers to business operation questions and wanting to see demonstrations of the latest innovative products.

Tech partners will receive:

• A set of mailing labels (in Excel) containing the names and addresses of STAFDA distributor members for a pre-show mailing (please call STAFDA to request a second set of labels closer to the show dates).  
• Inclusion on the STAFDA Tech Pavilion and Exhibitor webpages, including a hyperlink to your website 
• Inclusion in STAFDA’s pre-show promotional materials, including the Trade News, our monthly newsletter 
• Promotion in industry magazines featuring STAFDA’s Convention & Trade Show 
• Inclusion in the onsite Convention & Trade Show program and app
